The Opportunity
As we look to the future, we're more focused than ever on attracting the best talent for our organisation. We have a fantastic, newly created role working closely with the State Leader for a recently awarded contract. You will provide management support for Foster & Kinship Carers including support services for the program.
As an experienced professional in the Foster and Kinship Care field, you will possess tertiary qualifications in Social Science, Social Welfare, Psychology, Community Services or other relevant field or equivalent experience in the Foster & Kinship Care or Child & Family field, and:
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of contract management
- Ability to develop, lead and positively support a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Possess a proven track record of developing collaborative networks in the sector
- Strong, effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have an understanding of budgets and approvals
- Be happy to travel
- Current drivers licence
- Working with Children Check number
